the breakfast was fantastic i appreciated the choice of cereal, juice, and yoghurt. the full english breakfast tasted excellent. the hotel was very well decorated and very clean.
parking to the rear seemed spacious though some people did not park within the lines causing an issue. i think the hotel requesting a deposit is not a bad thing though. i wish there was more table space to sit and eat at.

the breakfast was quite acceptable.
the parking situation was not ideal , costing an extra £10 per day. the damp smell in the room was also quite off-putting , it was noticeable upon entry. the sink in the bathroom was loose , water drained onto the floor , i wasn't pleased.

Billy was very helpful . I found the location convenient, just a short walk to the Pleasure Beach. The full breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were excellent and accommodating.
The parking situation had a small hiccup as some cars were not parked within the lines.

There is a bar available, good for a laugh, and I found it a nice addition. The hotel is only two minutes from the beach. This made it very convenient for me and my family.

The owners were friendly. I spent my evenings chatting with the manager in the bar. The owner could not do enough for you.

The full English breakfast was lovely! The food was well presented and tasted very nice. This detail added an extra touch to the overall experience and was greatly appreciated.
